Join Our Site Ops Crew!
About the Role
Locations: South Florida and Southern California
We're building the teams that turn open fields into fully operational event sites. On-Site Crew Members are the backbone of every event. This is hands-on work that matters: without this crew, there's no event.
We're looking for people who take pride in doing skilled physical work well, who can follow a site plan, and who might want to grow into leadership on the crew.
What You'll Do
- Install and strike fencing and barricades according to site plans
- Set up site installations such as signage, tents, structures, and other build elements
- Read and execute site maps and load-in/load-out schedules accurately
- Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely
- Troubleshoot small issues and report any large issues to Team Lead
What We're Looking For
- Experience or interest in event production, construction, warehouse, stagehand, or similar physical trade work
- Produce quality work under constraints of production schedule
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Comfortable with sustained physical labor: lifting 50+ lbs, working outdoors in varied weather, and being on your feet for long shifts
- Reliability. Shows up on time, every time, especially for early call times
- Able to take direction and also take initiative
- Must have integrity and outstanding work ethic
- Prior crew experience a plus, but not required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays around event dates
Why Join This Crew
- Competitive, transparent hourly pay with overtime opportunities
- A flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays as needed)
- Work on large-scale events including sporting and fitness events, concerts, festivals
- Structured growth paths. We promote from within!
- A crew culture built on respect, safety, getting the job done right and making it fun!
