Project Managers
Own the full site-ops plan from pre-event to the end of load-out. Coordinate stakeholders, schedules, vendors, and budgets to keep operations aligned.
Project Coordinators
Handle the day-to-day logistics that keep the plan moving. Support staffing, deliveries, documentation, checklists, and comms so nothing slips through the cracks.
Project Leads
Lead specific zones or workstreams on-site and turn the plan into execution. Direct crews, troubleshoot issues fast, and maintain pace, safety, and quality standards throughout the build and show.
Crew Chiefs
